The Project Manager (PM) oversees the day-to-day aspects of assigned projects and maintains overall responsibility of them, including scope, schedule, cost, technical requirements, and quality performance. The project team supports the PM for the project assigned but do not report directly to the PM organizationally. Project teams consist of multiple personnel throughout the broader NSS organization. The PM follows the project from start to finish. The PM falls within the Project Management Office (PMO) organization within the ESD. The Drafter/CAD Operator III prepares complete sets of complex drawings which include multiple views, detail drawings, and assembly drawings. Works from sketches, models, and verbal information supplied by an engineer, architect, or designer to determine the most appropriate views, detail drawings, and supplementary information needed to complete assignments.
